general maintenance first off it took way to long, I had an appointment for 11 am and at 210 my car was finally done. Clutch slipping Although the service was excellent, the clutch would not slip at the correct RPM's to meet Ford's criteria to replace the clutch. Right back where I started before it went in for service even after it was reprogrammed. Disgusted with Ford not the service I received, in fact today it seemed worse than it was before it was reprogrammed!! More

Warranty work turned into being quoted $1000 worth of work. So, the check engine light came on in my truck. I pulled the code myself and took it to the dealer because I knew for a fact it was covered under warr So, the check engine light came on in my truck. I pulled the code myself and took it to the dealer because I knew for a fact it was covered under warranty. Once in the shop, the warranty work was performed free of charge but I was also told my truck needs over $1000 in work. Most of that work consisted of a 60k mile preventative maint. What hurt the most is not even 9k miles ago, I had an oil change and was told the left rear brake calipers was hanging up. I was told that the brake wear was even but I needed to spend $100-$200 for a cleaning job since the pads had over 80% wear left in accordance with state inspection guidelines. I did so but also asked if the right was checked. I was told the right was fine. Now all the sudden, the right side now needs work and the brakes need to be replaced. Now, I don't own a mint and I consider myself to be rather savoy with mechanic work so I normally do work like this on my own however I just don't have time right now so I let them do the work. I guess my problem is the fact that in trying to minimize wear and tear on my vehicles, I went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is safe and was either lied to or someone didn't perform a full inclusive safety check. I bought this vehicle used 10 months ago from ciocca and it's been a problem child so much that I will never buy a used vehicle from them again. The previous owner smoked and they masked it with scents telling me no one smoked in it. I will say I have bought two other vehicles brand new and never had a problem. The service desk people are great to work with but I am questioning the shops performance. More
Emergency tire change We were taking a friend to Wills Eye Hospital in Pilly for a 12 noon appointment when we had tire trouble on the Turnpike. We excited at Quakertown to find a full service garage. I stopped at Pep Boys first but they could not take us for an hour and a half. Next I stopped at Ciocca Ford. The service manager Mike Kardane went out of his way to assist us. He said it being Friday and the end of the month they were very busy but they deal with emergencies on a daily basis. He could see we were upset so he pulled a technician off a job and got our car in right away. They changed the tire and put on the spare and we were soon on our way. We called the hospital and explained our situation to them but they said no problem. So we were very thankful for the courteous and prompt service from Ciocca and Mike Kardane! More

New tires Overall not extremely happy with this visit. Came in for a 1 o'clock appt and did not leave until nearly 3:30. Now I get that I have an unusual and difficult to mount tire size, 19.5, however I fail to see how it could take nearly 2 1/2 hrs to mount and install 4 new tires. I have had good experiences at Ciocca in the past, unfortunately this was not one of them. More

They are thorough and professional, suggesting areas to be watched for any future service needs. I have consistently been very satisfied with the service at Ciocca. You are a person here , not just a customer. They take time to ask on driving habits and usage to better determine areas to be checked during service procedure. More
