My vehicle had been n the previous day for low tire pressure My 2013 Ford Escape had been in the previous day for assessment of the low tire pressure light and an oil change. The dealership was accommodating in My 2013 Ford Escape had been in the previous day for assessment of the low tire pressure light and an oil change. The dealership was accommodating in scheduling me in on the same day as my request. I was advised that there was a nail in my tire which "good news" could be patched and the tires would be rotated. The next night wile driving on a highway the tire blew out and within seconds of the noise and the tire pressure light coming on the tire was essentially shredded. The vehicle had to be towed since it was impossible to remove the bad tire and change it since it had apparently been replaced the previous day incorrectly. The dealership refused to accept responsibility for an "error" and wanted to charge me an excessive amount of money to perform work on what was a result, in my opinion, of an error on their part the previous day. I did end up paying for the new tire and still feel this was not justified. At this point I do not have confidence in the service and feel my personal safety is not being considered or respected. The charge unfortunately only charges the batteries for the electric drive rather than including the car battery itself. Ciocca Ford of Quakertown was extremely friendly and helpful in tracking down the problem and getting resolution. The only thing that was lacking was I asked for how to setup the car for towing behind a RV and was given a Wrecker's Towing Manual, which was not helpful at all. More

Warranty Repairs I was upset with my experience. I came in with an issue with a clicking noise while steering. The problem was identified and the parts ordered while I I was upset with my experience. The service desk representative was very helpful keeping me appraised of the progress of the repairs. I was told that the repairs were complete and I was ready to go. I went out to the car and drove out the parking lot and the noise was even worse than original. I brought it right back and the mechanic confirmed that the problem was not fixed. This time he found another major cause of the problem. My major issue besides being stuck for over 4 hours was that it was obvious that the initial repairs were not checked out before giving me the car. More

Throttle had to be replaced and car acted up while my wife was driving on a busy 4 lane highway during rush hour. This exact situation occurred with our 2010 Ford Fusion and my daughters 2015 Ford Explorer. As a result, I will no longer trust Ford and will never purchase another Ford vehicle. More

I am a women who does not really understand car lingo and they took advantage of me. I usually wait. I did not think I would need anything done for a new car. I usually have my husband be contacted. I thought all this needed to be done sounded important. Highly overpriced too, Filters not needed and the rotors machined. It will probably new new ones after this. More
