Paul wehner is a liar what is visiting friends from out of town when my truck needed service for bad ball joints in the right front four-wheel drive hub. I was told I was given Ford factory parts and that is what is on my receipt. 18000 miles later and 16 months the parts failed. Classic bait and switch on parts they did not give me Ford factory Parts as paid for, they installed junk MOOG aftermarket parts and I had to pay an additional $1,300 to another more reputable Ford dealer to replace and I'm now filing a lawsuit. This is not the first time Ciocca Faulkner has done this to me as I used to live in Sellersville before moving out of the area they are notorious for ripping people off you're a fool if you go to this company for service of any kind More

Great service I had an issue with my F250 that needed immediate attention so I went to the service center early in the morning apologizing for not having an appoint I had an issue with my F250 that needed immediate attention so I went to the service center early in the morning apologizing for not having an appointment and they took me right in. I explained the issue and it was not easy to locate the issue but they stuck with it and found the problem. Paul kept me informed to what they were doing and got me a loaner car as they had to order the part. A little over 24 hours later I was back on the road. I highly recommend the Service Area, not so much the Sales Department, but Service is Aces. Paul and Mike are great to work with. More

Front End alignment shpould have been done before you sold t Mike Kardane in service was very helpful. I bought this truck from Ciocca last week. I was told by the salesman that they put it through their "shop" Mike Kardane in service was very helpful. I bought this truck from Ciocca last week. I was told by the salesman that they put it through their "shop" and inspected it. Did front end work ball joints and brakes. But never bothered to align the front end. Pulled very hard to the right side. So no problem, I was willing to pay for the front end alignment. Turns out the tires have bad belts and the front end needs a major camber replacement kit. Should have been done before the truck was offered for sale. Plus even though they passed it for state inspection, many things weren't legal. The roof clearance lights didn't work. Wire wasn't even hooked up. Tail pipe fell off after 6 miles. Seems they tried to weld it back on but it was just to rusty and shot. All shocks were bad. So even though they put it through their shop, many things were still wrong with this truck. Should not have PASSED state inspection. More

Its not often I feel compelled to leave a review however when I had my wife's car in for what I assumed was warranty work ( since we just purchase the Its not often I feel compelled to leave a review however when I had my wife's car in for what I assumed was warranty work ( since we just purchase the car as a certified pre-owned a few month earlier) before things went astray real fast. Who steps in but Tim to solve every issue (and there were quite a few) without any hesitation. He simply fixed what needed to be fixed and resolved what needed to be resolved. He went so far out of his way to alleviate me from any of my concerns over rentals, billing, paperwork, etc it was astounding. Talk about a guy that really gets it...Its Tim!...I had such a wonderful experience and I look forward to the next time my car breaks down. ( yes Im being a bit facetious) Job well done Ciocco Ford. No idea what you are paying Tim but I can assure you, IT ISN'T ENOUGH! Troy Godshall More
