The dealership was more than helpful with making sure our truck had all the extras we wanted that didn't come stock. We had them add an automatic starter, mud flaps and are in the process of getting heated seats! The dealership and service center were both friendly and efficient with the installation of upgrades. Plus, we had a loaner vehicle while they had our F150. Best place to purchase and for service! More

Excellent service, as always! Mike Kardane was at the service center when I called about my brakes.It was his day off, but he was finishing up some loose ends before the holiday. He got me a free tow to the service center to have them checked. When the car arrived at the service center, Tim Adams was there to look at the brakes. He took care of the problem for me. I ALWAYS get TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! Mike is ALWAYS AWESOME. I have been dealing with him since I bought my car. My first time dealing with Tim has also been a great experience. More
Brake fluid doesn't need to be changed every year I have a 2005 Ford Escape that I have been taking to Ciocca for service for the past 18 months. In the summer of 2015 it needed an oil leak fixed plus I have a 2005 Ford Escape that I have been taking to Ciocca for service for the past 18 months. In the summer of 2015 it needed an oil leak fixed plus new brake lines (which was supposed to include a flush and new brake fluid). Then in December 2016 I take it in for an inspection and there is a laundry list of recommended services, one of which is for a brake fluid change. When I brought that up to the service writer on the phone it was just dead silence for a few seconds and then she moved on to trying to sell me tires (even though my tires passed inspection). When I picked the car up a different service writer again brought up the brake fluid change. When I pointed out to him that it was just done 18 months ago his response was "Oops, guess we shouldn't have recommended that". So my real question is did they not flush the fluid when they did the brake lines or did they just recommend a brake fluid flush that I didn't need? On top of this we had a terrible experience when we purchased a brand new Explorer in December 2015. What can I say? Oops, you guys just lost a customer. More

Honorable Dealership Ciocca not only honored their Ciooca Promise (second free oil change) on my leased Fusion, but also corrected a misunderstanding that occurred at the Ciocca not only honored their Ciooca Promise (second free oil change) on my leased Fusion, but also corrected a misunderstanding that occurred at the drop off service counter. Mr. Wehner offered to rotate tires, at an additional fee, and I declined. At pickup time, I was asked to pay for the tire rotation and explained to the very kind receptionist my "no" statement at drop off. I was very clear about this at drop off, yet somehow the rotation service was still performed! Mr, Minnitti went right to work to correct the rotation fee, deduct it from my bill, and noted that the service counter person misunderstood me WITH my clear reason for why it was declined. Bottom line: I was appreciative for their attitude that, in this case, "the customer was right." Refreshing! Also, I might add that Ciocca Ford Service did also honor the recall repair of a throttle body problem promised by the (larger) Ford Corporation... all at NO Charge to me. As a result, the Fusion is getting marginally better mileage, and I am a happy camper! More

Needed a new battery Thanks to the service staff and management at Ciocca Ford in Quakertown for taking care of my 2015 F-150. I recently had some issues that indicated I Thanks to the service staff and management at Ciocca Ford in Quakertown for taking care of my 2015 F-150. I recently had some issues that indicated I needed a battery. The service staff and management (Mike and Brad and crew) were able to diagnose the issue, replace the battery, and get me on my way within 90 minutes. And that included a scheduled oil change as well! The service area was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I love the truck- love the service too! More
