Nav Chip - Lost Key - Window chip Mike was terrific. He got the lost key replaced, not only had the ding in the windshield fixed but found 2 additional dings which were fixed also. Excellent service from a company that honestly wants you to We were able to schedule our oil change same day. They performed all kinds of checks on the vehicle and didn't try to sell me anything we didn't need. We were able to schedule our oil change same day. These guys always go above and beyond and I am happy to continue giving them my business and referring them to others. Not many businesses like this out there anymore. Their Service Department were gracious and completely honest I was given diagnosis and an estimate from another Ford dealer that was over reaching and extremely expensive. Above and Beyond 4:15 PM on Friday, December 23rd I hit a car stop that was sticking out, around the corner, of a parking lot. It tore open my sidewall and tire went 4:15 PM on Friday, December 23rd I hit a car stop that was sticking out, around the corner, of a parking lot. It tore open my sidewall and tire went flat immediately. We called the dealership and they were closing at 5:00 and would be closed until Monday,to observe the Christmas holiday. I discussed our options with Tim and Tim offered to keep staff on site, past closing time, until we could get there to have the tire replaced. Thank you to Tim for the generous offer and to the mechanics who stayed beyond closing time to assist me. Your company will be the first I recommend to friends and family. More
