Great service- again I was assisted by Brad who was filling in for the day. I own a '14 Fusion and I needed an oil change and tires rotated. Brad answered questions I ha I was assisted by Brad who was filling in for the day. I own a '14 Fusion and I needed an oil change and tires rotated. Brad answered questions I had and made suggestions which helped me figure out what was needed to get the car properly serviced. Dishonest The first mistake I made was going against my better judgement and even walking into a dealership service center. Took my 2014 Explorer in for tires a The first mistake I made was going against my better judgement and even walking into a dealership service center. Took my 2014 Explorer in for tires and oil change (full synthetic) in Dec 2016. After having the scheduled work completed I was informed by the service deptment that my 2 yr old vehicle had a crack in the transfer case. Ironically I was 27 miles over warranty. After multiple calls to Ford customer service I was basically told "sorry, there is nothing we can do." Fast forward to Jan 2017, upon taking my vehicle in for it to be "properly" looked at to determine what would need to be replaced I received an invoice from the same service manager whom I used in December, only to see that he had tried to sneak in an additional charge exceeding $400 for an oil change, filter replacements and 60000 mile service. Not only I am disappointed that the service department would try to include charges for services they know are not due, but my entire experience from the dealership level to corporate, has been nothing short of frustrating. More
they sold me a scam not a car I bought a Passat Volkswagen 2009, 3 months ago from Ciocca Ford of Quakertown . 1 week after I replaced a battery for $200, and of cores they didn' I bought a Passat Volkswagen 2009, 3 months ago from Ciocca Ford of Quakertown . 1 week after I replaced a battery for $200, and of cores they didn't want help at all!! 2 months after, I got a check engine light and I took the car to there service and said I have 14 dangers errors and my warranty doesn't cover them and I have to be responsible for the reparation, so they send me to Ciocca Volkswagen in Allentown and there they started charging me like crazy , I have to pay $250 for SVP valve, then another $600 for a part related to speed controller and the worst $1000 for something between transmission and engine and no one wanted assist me even they know they sold this car with those problems. I n Conclusion, I invest a lot of money to not having car issue, but 2 months after, I find myself spending a lot of money. I consider this experience as the worst deal in my life and I recommend to never try to buy a used car there. More

He is a star, in m I took my (leased) 2015 Ford Focus to Ciocca Service in Quakertown on 1/24/17 and Tim Adams greeted me pleasantly and confidently. He is a star, in my opinion! He gathered info on my transmission problem and knew right what to do. An overnight Rental at no charge? No problem! The re-sealing of my trannie was accomplished in less than 24 hours, along with an air filter change. I paid $32 for the filter and zilch for the trannie repair (Ford covered it under their 60,000 mile power train warranty). Tim Adams was in constant contact with me to inform me of their progress. Picked it up on Wed the 25th with smiling secretaries who made me smile as well... their customer coffee is Kruegerrific! My car now runs like a tiger, without hesitation from a dead stop. I am very happy! More
