Excellent service and value I've had my F150 for 5 years and fortunately no major problems, but when I do have an issue or need service I know that Ciocca Quakertown will get it I've had my F150 for 5 years and fortunately no major problems, but when I do have an issue or need service I know that Ciocca Quakertown will get it fixed and get it right the first time, which is important to me. Working at a big truck dealership (tractor trailers) for over 20 years, I've seen first hand that paying a little more to get it done right the first time, is a lot cheaper than paying less, two or three times, to maybe get a problem resolved. Fixed the original problem I took my truck in for service because I noticed a coolant leak. It was small but on a 2 year old truck there shouldnt be any leaks. I had previously I took my truck in for service because I noticed a coolant leak. It was small but on a 2 year old truck there shouldnt be any leaks. I had previously taken my truck to ciocca for an inspection which turned into a water pump and a radiator replacement. As a result this coolant leak was nothing more than a hose clamp that had come loose. So 4 out of 5 stars since this trip was due to error on their part. I appreciate the dealer being honest about it and giving me a loaner for the day and for that I will return. More

Nice experience The recall was completed correctly and quickly. The Roush 670 tune was also installed and works so much better than the 627 tune. The other shop couldn't fix it.. I had a problem with my 2011 F-150 that I purchased used @ Ciocca Ford over 3 years ago. I call my local shop to get it fixed. They had worked on it I had a problem with my 2011 F-150 that I purchased used @ Ciocca Ford over 3 years ago. I call my local shop to get it fixed. They had worked on it for 3 days (same problem). I called Mike K. @ Ciocca service center we talked about what was going on. He asked if I would like to get the truck in for service. The service and warranty work that was done to my truck. FAR exceeded what I thought would be done. Work that was done that was not even talked about. I got my truck back . And its like a new truck. Thank You Ford for a great service team...... More

All day oil change I dropped my car off at 11:00 for an oil change that I was told would take 45 minutes. Knowing the technicians take lunch at 12 for an hour, I was tol I dropped my car off at 11:00 for an oil change that I was told would take 45 minutes. Knowing the technicians take lunch at 12 for an hour, I was told my car would be done no later than 1:30. I was able to get a ride home so I was ok with the late finished by time. I called the dealership at 1:45 because no one had contacted me and waiting another 15 minutes to be called back by the manager. From start to finish the oil change took just shy of 3 and a half hours. This is the first time I have been disappoint in the service by ford but I will never go back for an oil change More

2012 Fusion Recall for re-boot of computer Recall completed and everyone seemed to do a good job. Left after service and right rear turn signal did not work.. Worked when turning into repair Recall completed and everyone seemed to do a good job. Left after service and right rear turn signal did not work.. Worked when turning into repair center lot for re-call. Thinking it was just a bulb, stopped in at local garage (reliable). Turned out to be wire hanging loose in computer.. I cannot say for sure that it was caused in your shop, but it sure is a possibility. Cost me $83 to find and fix the problem. Not a good day!!!!!! Richard R. Walters 610-346-8386 More
