Transmission issues I can't even begin to say how lucky I am to find Ciocca. The service is above excellent . My transmission has given me a lot of issues , not having anything to do with Ciocca it is a Ford issue, they have taken care of everything for me. They have torn my tranny apart x2 to resolve the issues. Just amazing that everyone goes above and beyond to help. More

Recall Problem Resolved After bringing my car in for a replacement airbag, I was not happy with the condition of my steering wheel afterwards. Poor customer service I had 3500 done in collision repair done at ciocca collision. 3 weeks later i made appointment for tires and ciocca ford. My alignment was all out of I had 3500 done in collision repair done at ciocca collision. 3 weeks later i made appointment for tires and ciocca ford. My alignment was all out of wack. I stated i just had alignment when i had collusion repair. Service manager would not honor alignment and told me to take it up with collision. They are both from ciocca. I shouldnt have to do that. Next time i will have insurance/collision repair done elsewhere and will go elsewhere for service. More

Service Appointment Ciocca Ford offers great service at very reasonable prices. I had the oil changed and all points inspection (Ford sends me coupons frequently), plus h Ciocca Ford offers great service at very reasonable prices. I use this location for all my regular Ford check-ups and will continue to do so. More

Excellent Service I dropped my truck off for the day for inspection and a noise I heard. Paul in service called me at around 10am and told me they knew where the noise I dropped my truck off for the day for inspection and a noise I heard. Paul in service called me at around 10am and told me they knew where the noise was coming from and would have it all completed by the time i got there after work. It was all done and waiting for me as promised when I got there. Paul explained the repair in detail so I understood and felt comfortable with the repair. I am confident it was done correctly! More

100% Consistent Excellent Friendly Service Ciocca Ford Quakertown's service department has performed regular maintenance on my 2015 Focus ST through 65,000 miles (in less than two years). The Ciocca Ford Quakertown's service department has performed regular maintenance on my 2015 Focus ST through 65,000 miles (in less than two years). The car remains in perfect condition and their service department does excellent work. In addition they check the car each time and recommend necessary services. Some other car brand dealerships try to upsell you expensive services that are not really needed but Ciocca never does this. They are interested in keeping your car in perfect condition, not in maximizing profits of their service department. I usually speak with Mike Kardane and Mike is very friendly with great expertise. He is a pleasure to deal with. All the service reps are very professional and friendly. More
