Not exactly what I asked for My 2015 explorer went in for a recall which was replacing parts in the rear suspension. They aligned the rear wheels but not the front, then recommend My 2015 explorer went in for a recall which was replacing parts in the rear suspension. They aligned the rear wheels but not the front, then recommended paying for front alignment. While it was there, I asked if they can diagnose an intermittent key FOB issue. They did that and I got a 5 million point inspection. I was told about rear brakes and rotors, alignment, transmission fluid, etc. I only wanted to know about the key FOB/body Module issue. They read the codes and say it had a bunch of low voltage codes and the battery failed a load test. That part was very helpful. Although I feel like that probably only took about 10 minutes and I paid $140. I will replace the car battery in the next couple days and hope for the best. the receipt says the 5 million point inspection was free so I guess it’s just good advise in effort to get more business. I just felt $140 was a little high for what I asked for. I informed the person that I will take the car home and do the work myself. He said the car has 60,000 and it’s time to spend some money on maintenance. I was quite annoyed as I always perform scheduled maintenance on my cars. I just do it myself. 8 yrs, mostly great service I have never gone elsewhere for service the past eight years. One visit in 2018 and my most recent visit have been a huge disappointment. On one occas I have never gone elsewhere for service the past eight years. One visit in 2018 and my most recent visit have been a huge disappointment. On one occasion my tires were not rotated. My last visit included charge for an oil change I did not authorize and a charge for emissions inspection when my vehicle is exempt. I do not know who is responsible for these blunders, but Tyler Cancel has bent over backwards to restore my confidence in Ciocca service. More

Defroster blower motor replaced Last Saturday morning when I left work it was 36 degrees out. As I waited for my windshield to defrost I could hear the blower gradually slow down and Last Saturday morning when I left work it was 36 degrees out. As I waited for my windshield to defrost I could hear the blower gradually slow down and began to sense a burning smell. I lost all heat in my truck. Although I made it safely home I had to work again the next night and sleep during the day. I called the service center and spoke to Kevin. Kevin was concerned about my vehicle and my safety. He found a way to fit me that morning. He called to update me thru the day and made sure my truck was fixed and ready for that night. He was not only efficient and informative, but sensitive to my schedule and timelines. And oh yeah, the heater works great! Cannot thank him and the team enough for taking care of me so quickly. More
