I was upgrading for an A4 and always wanted to get my hands on this car. Next thing you know I am getting the price I want and the car of my dreams! THANKS FOR BEING SO COOL BRIAN! This was the best decision I could have made while buying a car. I called the dealership and spoke with Dianna, who was extemely helpful and worked out a price with me. She directed me to a salesman named John. I drove the distance of a little over an hour to get a great deal. As a woman, and a first time car buyer, they make the purchace of my 2015 Focus easy and enjoyable! I would highly reccomend John and the Ciocca dealership to anyone! More

John was truly AWESOME and lived up to the high standards we've come to expect from Ciocca Ford. We also had the pleasure of working with Luke Freitas in Finance and our experience was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!! Lastly, we had a couple of "special requests" and Ag Antonios came through for us, AS USUAL!! We're VERY pleased with our purchase and overall experience at Ciocca Ford. Outstanding Experience! I recently leased a new Ford Fusion and I am loving it! What's really amazing, however, is that the entire car shopping experience --which usually I recently leased a new Ford Fusion and I am loving it! What's really amazing, however, is that the entire car shopping experience --which usually causes me high anxiety--was lots of fun. I actually felt like part of the "family." My salesman, Brian Lendzioszek, really seemed to care about me. He listened carefully to my needs and concerns and went out of his way to make sure that my expectations were not only met, but far exceeded. I got a wonderful deal and (unexpectedly) had lots of fun in the process. Brian even sent me a "Thank You" card! In all the years I have been buying and/or leasing cars I have never received a personal "thank you." Amazing!! More

Shady, Scamming, lying dealership My parents traded their vehicle in. I know the vehicle was well taken care of just had a lot of miles on it. We are looking to buy our daughters first My parents traded their vehicle in. I know the vehicle was well taken care of just had a lot of miles on it. We are looking to buy our daughters first car and we contacted the dealership who had the vehicle and explained we were interested in the vehicle. I was contacted and told the price of the vehicle which I agreed to "I did not haggle the price" I was told because of the circumstances and it was very quick turn around they would sell the car to me for 2500.00 less than they were going to ask. I purchased the vehicle, agreed on the asked price, agreed on the vehicle, agreed on the pick up date, put the asked for deposit down. I even said I would pay for the vehicle in full when I put the deposit down and I was told "there is no need for that, the deposit is all that is needed" they would detail the vehicle and have the remaining paperwork waiting for me when I pick up. I called the day I was to come in to pick vehicle up, with cashiers check for balance, had insurance lined up and I was told sorry we sold your vehicle. This was a surprise for our daughters birthday, now with no time to find a different vehicle we are left with no car. The manager offers us another vehicle on their lot none of which appeals to us. As soon as I tell the manager I will be calling Mr. Ciocca on Monday he then tells me "how about we give you a dinner to go out to eat". My feeling is they received a better offer in between the time I put deposit down and the time I was to pick up. In any event I find this dealership deceptive, dishonest and not trustworthy. I will not recommend or do business with this dealership again. If I could rate lower than a 1 I would. More

Service, price, helpful, patient, terrific experience I must say, I was nervous about buying my Roush over the phone, then getting on a plane to fly to Philadelphia to view the car, but what a positive ex I must say, I was nervous about buying my Roush over the phone, then getting on a plane to fly to Philadelphia to view the car, but what a positive experience it turned out to be! Brian not only met me at the airport, he was early and patiently waiting. He even kept in touch by text from the moment I took off until I landed. He suggested driving the Roush back from the airport and I gladly accepted. Once I drove the car, I knew my checkbook was going to take a hit. It was clean, prepped and ready for me to drive back to New Hampshire. Instead of driving back immediately, I decided to stay with a cousin 1 hour away. The next day, after I bought the car, I was unhappy about the noise level of the mufflers, so I went back. Again they exceeded my expectations,they swapped out the mufflers, and I was a happy man. Brian was great, the managers were great, finance people great and the service was THE BEST! Folks out there reading this, please know this....I recognize a quality dealership, the people, the training, the attitude, all top notch. I've NEVER experienced better and I have bought over 70 cars in my lifetime. More

A No Pressure Experience I was contacted by Ciocca Ford after running a TrueCar query while looking for a replacement for my 10 year old G6. I made an appointment and when I got to the dealership I was placed in the care of Brian Lendzioszek. Being as this was the beginning of my car buying process, and I had planned to look at other vehicles as well, I wasn't ready for a hard sell on a vehicle. Brian was fantastic. He was extremely patient, very accommodating, and never in any of the time I spent dealing with him or any of the other staff at Ciocca Ford did I feel like I was being pressured into a decision. As I wasn't sure what direction I was going to go in, Brian showed me a number of options between new and pre-owned vehicles that might have fit what I was looking for. It was one of the few times I've left a dealership happy, instead of running for the door. After test driving a number of competing models, as well as visiting other Ford dealerships, I returned to Ciocca Ford and purchased a 2015 Ciocca Performance Ford Fusion, a decision I am still completely satisfied with. More

I feel like i was mistreated. More
