They were polite and friendly in scheduling the appointment and pledged to take a close look at my concerns. When I arrived Tim Adams was extremely professional in checking in my vehicle. He was very clear about timing and what I should expect. He also arranged for me to be shuttled to a location while I waited. It was a pleasurable experience for me, my wife and grandson as we watched a movie while my truck was being repaired. I have never had a company take care of me the way they did. I have purchased about 8 new Ford pickups in my life and Ciocca can be assured I will go to them again. A first class experience, by a first class organization. Thank Doug Cresswell More

1/18/16 I was told my oil was do for a change and I had to correct the service agent that the last time there I had Synthetic oil put in, He said that was "se I was told my oil was do for a change and I had to correct the service agent that the last time there I had Synthetic oil put in, He said that was "semi synthetic" and I told him I paid a lot for a semi synthetic oil change and then he corrected himself. After that he told me Ciocca recommends air filter changes at 15,000 miles. When at home I checked Ford maintenance schedule and they recommend 30,000 miles. I not pleased the way he misled me to believe the proper time to change my air filter is less than half of what Ford recommends. More
