Wow, my experience with Mark Phillips at Faulkner Ford - Souderton was outstanding! First, Mark is very personable and took the extra time to understand the options/packages that I was looking for in a new Souderton was outstanding! Second, Mark worked relentless and searched the upper East Coast to find an Explorer with all my requested options/packages. At first, I was skeptical that he would not find the exact car I was looking for and I didn't anticipate that he would search for days and make several attempts to get the car I wanted. He DID it!!! My new car was located in New Jersey and transported to Souderton. We pre-arranged a sale date as I was traveling from Maryland and Mark was able to accommodate and deliver the new Explorer that I was expecting without any issues. Mark is very knowledgeable with the Ford inventory as well as with the options / packages that are offered inside and outside of the vehicles. I was very impressed with both young man that waiting on me. I had some credit issues, however they did not give up to they closed the deal.
