From what I could see the system will benefit the company immensely by the quick gathering of info about me and my car service history. As to any advantage to a customer who wants to check in, tell you what he wants done, and leave in a timely manner I have my doubts. As is usually the case with computerized systems trying to handle customer service, handling many pieces of info, the advantage is not for the customer but for the store. I am pleased with the actual service, with the actual service people, but will; save my opinion on check in process until next appointment. More

Always a problem with the service department I bought a certified used Ford F-150 in February. My initial experience was very good--even after having to have the truck towed the very next day. I bought a certified used Ford F-150 in February. My initial experience was very good--even after having to have the truck towed the very next day. There was an issue the very next day and they sent a flatbed and towed it back and fixed the problem right away. That was probably my only good experience with the service department because management & my salesperson were involved. It seems every time after that I have had a problem. I brought the truck back in about a month ago for a minor problem. At that time I was told the truck was not a certified truck even though I had all the paperwork from the sale stating it was. After many phone calls it turns out they forgot to file the certified paperwork with ford to register it. I finally got verification that it is officially certified now. I brought my truck in last week for an engine problem and again had problems with service. This time they were telling me that there is a problem with the engine and it would be covered under the warranty with the $100 deductible but I would have to pay the $149 diagnostic fee first. This didn't make any sense as the truck is certified and covered (not to mention it is the rear drive shaft that should have been discovered when the truck was certified 2 1/2 months ago). So I again had to waste my time to make a bunch of phone calls to get this straightened out and when it was finally settled I do not have to pay the $149 diagnostic fee. I can't figure out if the service guys just don't know what they are talking about or if they are telling you these things to see if you will pay them first. Whatever the case, it's very frustrating having to deal with a major problem every time you bring your truck in there. More
Oil change time Went in for an oil change and a squeaking noise coming from my front end and they found my struts had a problem. They fixed it while I waited. I was not expecting and unprepared for a call from Mt Kardane illuminating that after inspection, there are multiple other maintenance items of varying necessity, in total representing $500+. Hey, it's a 12 yr-old car with 170,000! I wasn't even expecting an inspection. The experience soured my taste for what had been previously exemplary service experience at Ciocca. More
V6 to GT I owned a 2014 V6 Mustang at the time I went to Ciocca Ford. I only owned the car for 3 months, but I just wasn't happy because I really had my heart set on a Mustang GT. My credit is still new, so I wasn't sure if I could trade my car in for the one I wanted. The staff at Ciocca told me it would be no problem. They were very helpful, courteous, and patient with me. I test drove a few GT's and found the one I wanted. Even though I had a new loan for my V6, they were able to get me out of it & into my dream car, which is a 2014 Mustang GT. Not only did they make this happen for me, but the new loan ended up at 12% lower interest than the loan for the V6!! Within 2 days of walking into Ciocca Ford the first time, I was driving home in my GT! I would recommend this dealership to anyone,& I will be returning to them in the future when it's time for another vehicle. More

Nick the financial advisor that helped me so super friendly and very helpful. The first sales rep I had was just okay, but the second sales rep i got was John, and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. My only complaint with him is after I had bought the car he needed to call my insurance agent the next day to give him the lean holder information which he ensured me he would. He never did. Then when I texted him and asked him to he lied and said he already did. I asked if he could call again to get it squared away, and then he got rude with me, and said he had nothing to call about, and I'd have to handle it myself. I politely asked him again if he could call and he ignored me. Overall the car buying experience was good, but the entire time they were telling me about the "ciocca way" and how customer service was most important. They sold me on it and I believed them, but after John had done that I realized it was just a sales pitch, my overall customer satisfaction didn't matter just my money, and once they got that he couldn't take 5 minutes out of his day to do what he told me he would. Overall, I'm happy with my experience, but right after I got my car I was telling people they need to go to ciocca ford, and how I got a great deal, and their customer service was great, but now I will only go back if their prices are better than anyone else.
