Diana, the Internet Specialist, was extremely courteous and helpful (she couldn't have been nicer!). The GM, Agantonio, blew us away with an amazing offer we just couldn't say no to. He was 100% transparent and even provided us a screenshot of the actual finance screen to prove there would be no 'hidden' costs or surprises. He even encouraged us to use it to find a better deal and no other competing dealership could even match it! One local Ford GM even texted to me that 'either they made a mistake on the invoice, or I'd better take the deal immediately'! We shot a few texts back and for and the deal was done. We traveled over an hour out of our way to the dealership and couldn't have been more impressed. Everyone was laid back and welcoming. It is truly a 'no-pressure' atmosphere. Paul Farrington, the detailer and customer liaison was fabulous in helping to connect/sync our iPhones up to the Sync system, and the vehicle itself was spotless. Agantonio was just as gracious as ever and there was never a hint of salesmanship. Just pure honesty and integrity. Dave Hetzel, our finance specialist made the financing easy and completely understandable without speaking over our heads. Sincere and direct. Overall one of the best experiences we've ever had at a dealership. Even though we're an hour away, I will make it a point to have my Edge serviced at Ciocca rather than use a local, more convenient Ford service center. That's how impressed I was with the overall experience. A job well done to everyone at Ciocca! More
