Purchased a new Explorer from Radiel. It was a great experience. He was friendly, willing to find me what I wanted, and not the least bit pushy. Not happy...I know I bought a used car..but it had 2 issues In the first 2-3 weeks...got a flat the next day.. was flat when I woke up the morning after buying it...now the heated seat won't work..I los issues In the first 2-3 weeks...got a flat the next day.. was flat when I woke up the morning after buying it...now the heated seat won't work..I lost enough as it was..and they won't help me out by fixing this seat..its not covered but it should be since I just bought ..live and learn..
