As far as I know the damage was repaired (I'm not a mechanic) but I requested an oil change while it was there which included topping off all fluids and for over $82 it should! no fluids were topped off and in fact there was zero windshield wiper fluid, the antifreeze was below minimum, i am not even sure they did the oil change. I called, no one was available but I was assured they would tell them. I messaged via their website. I e-mailed one of the service managers. it’s now over 24 hours later and no one has tried to reach me. BEWARE, THEY DO NOT CARE, they take the money but do not provide the service. More

Of the several dealerships I contacted in search of a fair and reasonable deal, Ciocca and Dane (Sales) were the only ones that had true, transparent pricing. Their incentives and inventory were unsurpassed and they went above and beyond to earn my business. It's a good feeling when a dealership cares enough to keep trying. All the other dealerships I reached out to threw a high number out and basically said take it or leave it. Ciocca really went the distance. The finance part of it, signing papers and finalizing the deal was relatively painless too. I was in and out from arrival to departure in my new truck in less than 2 hours. I, not only highly recommend them, I will drive the extra distance to work with them again in the future. The out reach from the General Manager, Sarah Maley was a nice touch too. It certainly humanized the whole experience. More

My wife and I had been looking for a pre-owned Mustang for our son for more than a month. We went to many used car dealers in New Jersey and in New York. Each time we walked away from those dealers, both my wife and I wanted to take shower to wash the sleaze off of us (really). Our experience with your salesperson, Logan, really highlighted the differences between your dealership and all of the many others we visited. First, Logan was waiting for us as we pulled up into your well-lit parking lot. Indeed, he was standing right next to the vehicle we intended to purchase. Additionally, Logan remembered our names and addressed us as “Mr. and Mrs. Hack.” While such formalities were wholly unnecessary, it made us feel, nonetheless, respected as customers. We found Logan to be open, honest and low-pressure. Let’s face it, when a customer walks into a showroom, he or she has already decided that they are going to buy a car, they are just looking for the right salesperson. Logan was the right salesperson. Further, Logan walked us through all of the pricing and thoroughly explained to us all of the factors that went into the vehicle price. He was very knowledgeable about The automobile and all of the options on the Mustang. Finally, when my wife expressed the fact that she was thirsty, Logan jumped up and got her some bottled water. Finally and, perhaps, most importantly, the amount we paid was the advertised price. There were no “re-stocking fees,” “certification fees,” and b.s. “internet advertising fees,” etc. . . We felt like we got a square deal. More
