NOT TO BE TRUSTED First of all they gave me payments threw the roof at first and then when i was speaking about my credit union and there rates the payment went down dr First of all they gave me payments threw the roof at first and then when i was speaking about my credit union and there rates the payment went down drastically after going back and forth with the salesman and manager instead of being upfront. Why would ciocca do that to your customers by jacking the price up or interest rate up to get over on me or think all customers are dumb that buy cars. To top it off i found a 3 thousand dollar service contract on my paper after re reading everything when i got home. The package i agreed to was $20 a month more then my car payment the finance guy says. $20 a month times 60 months is $1200 you do the math. How does it make sense my warrenty is $3000? Very unhappy and will never come back here again,they were lying to my face. More
