A little long, but quality work. I had some unexpected issues arise and the service manager that handled my vehicle took care of it to a high standard. The manager also handled an iss I had some unexpected issues arise and the service manager that handled my vehicle took care of it to a high standard. The manager also handled an issue with one of his technicians making a disparaging comment about myself in front of other customers. That alone convinced me to return. Overall, a quality experience. Service dept If you’re going to have appointments, have techs available NOT make people wait 30+ minutes more for service. Also people work during the week, Being If you’re going to have appointments, have techs available NOT make people wait 30+ minutes more for service. Also people work during the week, Being told you only have one man that inspects trucks on a Saturday, then that ONE guy isn’t there is NOT acceptable! Not happy with the inconvenience when I’ve spent my money there buying my truck, and it needs service or inspections. More
