Jimmy Breslin Rocks!!! Ciocca is a high class business!!! After a not so great experience at a Ford dealership in NJ I was never driving a Ford again. When my lease was up on my 2010 Edge I had just moved to Pennsylvania & was ready to trade it in for something else. I met Jimmy Breslin & found myself in a 2013 Edge. Jimmy made the process simple, was available at every moment & set up an incredible deal. The deal made me realize I was overpaying on my last lease & a friendship was born. Last week I decided to lease a new vehicle as a 2nd family car & after a few texts to Jimmy I found myself in a 2015 focus the next day. He makes it too easy....Sooo easy & affordable that I'll see him early next year when my Edge lease is up & I drive out with my dream truck, 2016 Ford F150. Well whatever he sells I'm buying. I could have driven 5 minutes to my local dealership but to buy from Jimmy I drove 40 minutes because I know he's honest. He even met me the next day on his day off when I went to pick up my focus. The whole crew at Ciocca are good people. They even let me check out their personal Ford's they own. I was highly impressed & Ciocca & Jimmy Breslin have a customer for as long as I'm driving..Thanks Guys. More

Great Experience on 2015 F-150 I had an excellent experience at Ciocca Ford, especially because of all of the help that I received from Josh Schwoyer. I was interested in a 2015 F- I had an excellent experience at Ciocca Ford, especially because of all of the help that I received from Josh Schwoyer. I was interested in a 2015 F-150 and had visited about ten dealerships in the Philadelphia area during my search, and Josh was hands-down the best salesman that I encountered. I did a ton of research on these trucks and Josh immediately knew the answer to every question I asked without any hesitation. He knew the product inside and out, which was different from the other dealers (where I routinely received "I don't know" and "I'll check" responses). Josh was friendly, helped every way that he could, and didn't pressure me at all. Not to mention, the initial offer that I received from Ciocca was the lowest price that I encountered during my search. I ended up leasing my F-150, and will absolutely be giving Josh a call when I am ready for my next truck. After I got the truck, Josh contacted me and asked how the truck was and if I had any questions. Great experience and great salesman. I was also helped by Mark Lawless and Peter Dobrowolski during my process, and both were also professional, friendly, and helpful! More

The whole experience from when Leeza took over to help, to sales, to finance & to delivery it was a very pleasant experience. I would always refer my friends to Ciocca Ford & I can personally promise they will be met with courtesy, dignity & respect like all customers should be & their no haggle, direct approach is how all buying or leasing deals should be presented. I was over the top happy with everything that was arranged with this dealer, from my 1st communication to the walk into the door, till I left felt the support. I'm looking forward to returning for the extras when we return. After my request was sent almost immediately I got a system generated response thanking me for my interest and an assurance that followup would take place the next day. Elana contacted me the next day with all the information about the vehicle and answered a couple questions that I had (after I found her response in my Spam folder that is at Elana's suggestion that I look there). I scheduled a time to go test drive the vehicle and when I got there Stan was ready and willing to help with anything I asked for. He was very patient and I felt no pressure throughout my entire experience. They were running numbers for me when I noticed it was getting close to the time of a prior engagement and I had to leave. Stan said it was no problem and that I could easily come back the next day to see if the deal they came up with was what I was looking for, again no pressure. When I went back the next day Stan was again ready and willing to help and he had the vehicle all cleaned up and ready to roll. I met with Luke to go over the final numbers which were very agreeable to me and Luke took me through all the documentation in a very thorough, knowledgable, and efficient manner. Overall my experience was wonderful, I got a great vehicle, a deal that works for me, and met some great people along the way. I will definitely recommend Ciocca to anyone I hear is looking for a new or used vehicle! More
