First impressions I went on autotreader looking for a Great used SUV I search 100 miles and by ratings. There were only 5 dealers. I call coccia Ford spoke with Justin . they had the highest rating 4.8 . I ask about ford expedition and it was price very well. After trying to diceied I lost the truck .Justin called and was very concern about the issue of the sell of the truck. Since they sell a lot and I didn't tell them to hold it. He told me about a new trade in chevy surburban and he put a 24 hr hold so it can go thought the inspection and Clean up . Seen pictures online it was a gem fully loaded and lower miles. I my wife went down it was 81 miles .pulled up to the lot. 1 of 6 lol. There it was with my name and my wife's name. On hold. It was a great feeling to see and know that it was. It was so clean out side and in ... Justin was a truley caring person not just a salesman. With 3 girls he was more then a help . the test drive was awesome give me the keys and said here take for a test drive be back by 430 ....it was 1130 am ...just make sure we have time to do the paperwork. The experience was great and fun ... And very respectful. I got a email last week to let me know that they found a spare set of keys with remote . And two day air mailed it. I was impressed. Evaluating a starting issue fir the third time. Since the starting issue on my F150 was not resolved in the previous two appointments, the service manager called me and offered to provide a rental c Since the starting issue on my F150 was not resolved in the previous two appointments, the service manager called me and offered to provide a rental car at no cost while my truck was rechecked by one of his top techs. I received constant updates over the next three days and my f150 was returned to me with no bill. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction. It appears the shifting cable, which was replaced at the first visit, was not adjusted properly which allowed for no start situations to occur when the column indicated showed the truck was shut off in park but in reality the truth was shut off in between park and reverse blocking the ability to restart. More
