Needles to say I was very upset that a wheel bearing would have gone after owning the car less than 2 years of course my last two Ford vehicles we have the same issue I think this is a problem with the Ford cars More

Very pleasant experience In the market for a half-ton truck, I had spent the last couple of months pouring over the Internet looking for the best vehicle at the best price. H In the market for a half-ton truck, I had spent the last couple of months pouring over the Internet looking for the best vehicle at the best price. Having driven trucks from the other 2 major competitors, I decided to swing by Ciocca Ford and take an F150 for a spin. From the initial handshake, it was fairly apparent that Ron Grigg was going to be a delight to work with. He didn't leave me out in the freezing cold, which happened at a different dealership. Absolutely zero push, no customer pjrofiling tactics all instead focusing on being quite helpful in answering my questions. During this process I had dealt with a fair number of sales personnel who only wanted to know my budget and were only interested in the sale itself - not the customer. Sales Manager Mark Lawless was also very active in the process and genuine during our conversations. Often people in his position can be testy and short while communicating with customers as if their time is better spent on people who already have their minds made up. He also put up with my cheesy question asking whether he was related to Lucy Lawless. The dealership is clean and welcoming. Other staff that I spoke with were also genuinely friendly. They all am to be clearly comfortable with their business model. I'm quite happy with the purchasing process - made better by the fact that the price was excellent! Now I'm looking forward to many enjoyable years behind the wheel of my F150! More
