I was concerned about buying a vehicle @ a dealership that's morse than 25 miles from my home. Getting there, getting service done and getting back home. Seemed like if things went poorly I could waste a full day each time. The issue is that I purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 Roush Raptor and you simply cannot get them anywhere else in the near geography. That being said each time I have been in for service the vehicle has come back with all the required work being completed in a timely manner. The truck is cleaner than when it went in. I've been offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water and even lunch the last time. The Service Department here "talks the talk" and truly "walks the walk". I highly recommend the Ciocca Ford Dealership for vehicle selection, price and as noted here service. More
