Wedding ring I was driving from NJ to Philadelphia in a Jeep rental car. During my drive, I lost my wedding ring in a crevice in the steering column, I stopped by Flemington dealership to help get the ring out of the steering column after 5PM. Excellent Service and Follow-up Our 2008 Jeep Liberty was serviced for a water leak from roof into trunk. After we received Jeep back after service it was still leaking. I received a call from Chris Moscaritolo who said to bring vehicle back in and they would correct issue. George Stydocker handled the service advisor responsibility and, as always, provided exceptional customer service and attention to the problem. They did not charge to fix leak once diagnosed as same problem. This responsible response and correct attitude towards customer is one of the reasons we continue to use this dealership for all our Jeep service and purchases. More

Service and customer care was outstanding!! I would like to give special recognition to George Stydocker. This gentleman provided the best customer care I have ever received at a dealership. He went out of his way in many respects to ensure I understood what had to be done on my car and hustled to get parts for a large repair job, so as to save me the inconvenience of having to leave the car overnight. In addition to that he showed concern for my time by quickly arranging a loaner vehicle for the day for me, just so I didn't have to spend my whole work day, trying to work on my laptop from your waiting room. The repairs were done in every way to my satisfaction. This was about as good a service experience one could ask for. Great job Flemington Jeep And special kudos and thanks to George Stydocker. More
I had to bring the Jeep to have some warranty work done. I dealt with George Stydocker who was very nice to work with. I brought my Wrangler to the dealership in mid-January as the heat had stopped working. I was told it needed a new heater core and that it would take about a week for the part to come in. I would receive a call and an email once it was ready. Two weeks later, I had received neither so I called the dealership. I was told that it had been there for about a week. When I asked why I hadn't received a call, I wasn't provided with an answer. I scheduled my appointment, but later had to cancel as there was snow due the same day. I will say this about the service department; they make scheduling/cancelling very easy. I later called back to reschedule a Wednesday appointment and dropped the car off on Tuesday evening. I told the Service department they could have the vehicle the entire day, but I needed it back Wednesday evening as we were (again) getting a substantial amount of snow that Thursday. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. That could not have been more wrong. I received a call on Wednesday telling me the vehicle would not be ready as there were more parts needed for the repair than originally identified. I asked why this wasn't discovered on my first visit and was told that the inspection of the issue I reported wasn't done thoroughly enough to find related issues. Given the circumstance, I asked for a loaner with capabilities similar to my Wrangler given the impending snow (which ended up being 12"). I was told the dealership did not offer loaners but that they would see what they could do. I later received a call offering me a panel van, which obviously doesn't have 4x4 capability that I needed. I declined this vehicle. On Friday I was offered a FWD vehicle, but by this time I had arranged other transportation. I was told on this call the car would be done Friday. I called Friday morning to find out what time the car would be ready and was told it wouldn't be done until Monday. I asked why, and was told the repair had not even been started yet. I then asked when I could expect the vehicle and was told Monday. I asked why I should believe that given that previous estimates were not met, and the service rep told me even he had little confidence in that estimate. He turned out to be right about not having confidence in that estimate. The car wasn't done until Tuesday. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I had a lengthy wait behind an employee dropping off his vehicle for service. He and the service rep were discussing work items. I waited about 15 minutes, and I was the only other person in the waiting room. Needless to say this was a terrible example of customer service and I can't recommend service at this dealership Maybe because it was warranty work and not a paid job, less emphasis was placed on completing my job. Unless I am in an incredible pinch, I won't be utilizing this dealership in the future which is unfortunate given the convenience of the location. It's also a shame because I am planning on upgrading to a 2014 Wrangler soon, but don't feel as though I can give my business to this dealership. More
