Service Not Top Notch Again, after a service for oil change and a couple of mechanical issues, car was returned without tire pressure checked or inflated. Car went in with Again, after a service for oil change and a couple of mechanical issues, car was returned without tire pressure checked or inflated. Car went in with 29psi in tires and came back with same pressure. Their 29-point free inspection is not thoroughly completed. It is the third time car has been returned after service with tires not inflated to proper pressure. If they cannot properly do an inspection and correct tire pressure, one wonders about their competence in other areas. I will be looking for a different dealer to handle service on our Jeeps. More
Follow up to "Good car could have been more forthcoming" WOW!!! As a Director of Quality, I always fill out surveys and try to deal in facts and actual performance results. I wrote my review late Monday af WOW!!! As a Director of Quality, I always fill out surveys and try to deal in facts and actual performance results. I wrote my review late Monday afternoon and was not expecting any response (my purpose is always to enlighten people, so they can do better in the future). Within 2 hours, I got calls from the sales folks (Michael Brandt (sp)) and from Service (Chris Moscatolo) with concerns about my survey. This is not unusal, but what happened next was!!! Chris was not happy that my new (used) vehicle was not in the best shape and asked if he could bring it in to address my issues. As I had already addressed most, I said OK, but the only thing left is the shaking at high speed. He said alright and had a driver swap my car out at my employer. That was yesterday. Today, he called and had fixed the problem and returned my vehicle. In additon, they made me whole on the outlay I made to fix the issues I had fixed by my personal mechanic. Took a while to lift my jaw off the floor, but once I did, I began telling my story to people at work and NOONE has been able to match it and they are amazed at what the dealer did (me too). They asked where I goit the car and I happily told them "FLEMINGTON DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM!" So YES, I will not only recommend your company, I will continue to tell my story to anyone I see because this type of positive reaction to a survey and desire to ensure REAL customer satisfaction is RARE to see and a breathe of fresh air. More
