Ripped off and flat out lied to Went there cause of their high ratings! What a huge mistake and rip off artists! They charged me for work that was never done!! I was totally taken for a ride!! Oh I have to admit tho they were very friendly!! Nice scam guys! More

They told me that my defective radio is standard for a jeep I purchased a top-of-the-line jeep from this dealership last year. The a.m. radio never worked properly. There was static popping noises and sounds that made listening impossible. I brought it in to the dealer and they failed to fix it. I brought it in a second time and I was told that that poor quality radio is standard for a jeep and that they would not replace the radio. I explained that the lemon law protects me from this and they said that the lemon law does not cover things like radios. I said the radio is a $70 item -please replace it so I could have a working a.m. radio. They said that the radio is $1400 and that they simply would not replace it because Chrysler would reject the claim. They said that all of the jeeps have similar poor quality radios. I demanded that they replace the radio. They refused. I will go to Lemon law court. More

After three Dealerships. I have had a high pitch noise coming from my Jeep. One dealership states it the fuel pump, and it nomal. What is also nice is that, if a loner is needed, they give you a good car, not a junk car, as my last dealership ( car was dirty. Nav did not work, shocks were bad). But what this dealership so far so good. More

I only brought it back one time for the check engine light. I have a regular mechanic (repair shop) on Staten Island that keeps my Dodge Dakota in great working condition. I had a few bad experiences with a dealership on Staten Island which I will not acknowledge due to their bad reviews from other customers, and will never deal with them ever. I brought my Dodge Dakota to Flemington last week to have my airbag serviced (RECALL). George Stydocker was very professional in his capacity. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership highly and will always bring my Dodge Dakota to have it serviced when needed. More

It was my luck that the van I purchased in 2009 has a lifetime powertrain warranty. The transmission was repaired at no cost to me and I was given a loaner while the repairs were being made. A big plus. It is great to go to a service station where you are know by name and not just another number. More
