Having visited and had service work performed at this dealership, is the Main reason I returned. I find your fine staff at the service desk, take time to listen and respond accordingly. Having encountered issues with other dealerships, I have experienced just the opposite treatment here at Flemington CDJR. Of which I am grateful. When I bring my vehicle in for service, I know it will cost, however I have not been overwhelmed with the "we found this" or "you need that" syndrome here at Flemington CDJR. Even having an Extended Warranty. I feel they don't take Advantage of me, nor the opportunity to "get one over on the guy" who will never know anyway. In short, I'm Pleased with the work I pay for. I am Excited to say, they do what I have asked them to do, with "No Surprises" added in the end. Fair, I say Yes, yes you are, to me. Thank You to the team at Flemington CDJR. Keep up the Great Work. Service is always fine but I’ve had two incidents of damage to my truck. At my most recent service one of my rims was damaged during tire rotation and balancing. the run was in perfect condition prior t damage to my truck.
