I bought a 2025 Ram from Ciocca, of which they installed electronic running boards on after the fact. Originally I was told same day, in and out. While I’m at the dealership waiting, I’m told they can’t do electronic running boards on after the fact. Originally I was told same day, in and out. I didn’t accept that and after a back and forth, they somehow “found” a loaner to give me and dedicated to completing the job I was promised would be done. Fast forward to January, my electronic steps are coming in and out on their own, my mirrors don’t set in one position and I am due for my complimentary oil change. After waiting a month for an appointment with a loaner, I receive notice that they don’t have a loaner the day before (blaming their customers for not returning, not their poor operation) and was told “they’d call me the next day when one shows up”. Never received a phone call from service that next day UNTIL Brenda called me to reschedule my appointment ~4 weeks later with no promise of a loaner. I asked to speak to a service manager and 2 days later, I haven’t heard from anyone. I’ve worked at dealerships before and this is classic avoidance of a situation they know they messed up on. They beg for you to give them 10/10 and 5/5 but treat their customers like this? Thanks Ciocca, I’ll never return to your dealerships or service again after this, not that anyone in service seems to care. I’d rather pay for my oil changes and go to another dealership that wants to help its customers rather than deal with this service department again. More
This was an epic experience from the service advisor to the technician, such professionalism all the way through. The technician had the issue repaired in short order. We brought our 2015 Jeep in for a battery check and tire rotation. They did a an overall check and we were surprised but happy to hear they found problems with our brakes, for 1. That is extremely important to fix so we made another appointment for that remedy. Daniel was our Service Dept. Advisor, and he kept us updated. Daniel double checked on all information before he explained things to us. Clearly he is customer focused! More

I had my car serviced recently. They say they perform a multipoint inspection of car but they do not provide the customer with a summary of that inspection. I called to ask why it wasn’t in my paperwork and was told they have the information in their system and don’t share it. This is not helpful to the customer and should be provided. They were supposed to leave my keys and receipt in car after I paid for the service. They didn’t and had to come back again to pick up the next day. Not a good experience at all and expensive. More
