Horrible service I made this appointment three weeks ago when I got there it took him over an hour to do that “contract “for the rental car. I was in a rush I had to get going I don’t understand why it took when I got there it took him over an hour to do that “contract “for the rental car. I was in a rush I had to get going I don’t understand why it took so long when the appointment was made three weeks ago at the end of the day, I got a text at 5:19 PM saying that they need more time and he’ll get back to me on Monday. I could hold onto the loan. I texted the tech right away that made the appointment saying I didn’t understand why the car is not ready, and I called the dealership. I spoke to the general manager at the time Rob haul and he said they didn’t even get to the car and they will get back to me on Monday. I let him know that Monday I’m working. I don’t have time to even talk. I work from 9 to 9 and he said that’s OK you can hold onto the car until Tuesday . I told him I will, but I’m not happy about it. I realize that I would be holding onto this line car I need to come back and pick some out with you guys called back Saturday morning. Spoke to the general manager at the time named Dave he said come by and I can pick up whatever I need and he said maybe they can work on the car today meaning Saturday a day late , I went by and before I called and he said the car is ready when I got there the car was not ready. It was still up on the lift. They didn’t even do the oil change and the tire rotation again I made this appointment three weeks ago and they didn’t get it meanwhile the guy at the front desk was absolutely helpless and rude. Another woman was really upset with him and she stormed out and said there’s no way I’m ever coming back here again. Long story short they told me come back in 10 or 15 minutes and it’ll be ready i left to I fill it up the loaner with gas came back , still not ready. I had to wait another hour. Finally, I picked up. The car they did not check the transmission which was the purpose of the appointment and as far as the oil change in the tire rotation, I doubt they even did that because the air pressure on the left rear driver side tire was 33 when I left it there , picked up the car and left Rear still 33 so I was thinking maybe it’s the pressure gauge indicator so I went to get air in the tire right up to 35. I put all the tires at 35 and it’s been like that for 24 hours so that doesn’t make sense either , completely dissatisfied with the service department. This has been a regular ongoing occurrence with Choka, Jeep, SERVICE and FLEMINGTON . I would absolutely not recommend the service department and it’s a shame because I thought seven cars from Cha and I’m looking for another car now and I told my wife, let’s just go somewhere else because I wanna buy a car where I can have it serviced and I’m not having it serviced FLEMINGTON Ciocca. More

Very disappointed with the way the service department handled a simple issue. My wife brought the car in for a punctured tire that was slowly losing air. She was told it would take an hour or so. Two hours later they come and inform her that the tire cannot be repaired. They also said the threads on the remaining tires are at the cautionary level and they recommended changing those as well. At this point my wife calls me and I informed them we had purchased a wheel and tire warranty from them when we purchased the car so we can use it for the single tire for now. The advisor (David) tells us our warranty was only for one year. I let him know it was definitely for more than a year and to please check their records. He comes back and says he spoke to his service manager and it definitely was for just one year. When I tell him we would not have purchased a warranty for just one year, he says “the service manager checked it and he knows what he’s talking about!”. So my wife heads back home with nothing done. I reach home and check our purchase papers and sure enough we have the record of purchasing a 5-year tire warranty from them. I email this to the service manager Reynaldo and the service guy David. I also call them the next morning, but was told by the receptionist (think her name was Ann) that he’s busy and to leave a message. I proceed to do so and wait for a call back. Hours pass and still no call back. My wife and kids are stuck at home unable to go about their day because of this. I finally call again and they keep me on hold for a while before the receptionist gets back to me and tells me they went over the email and that they would get in touch with the warranty company and let me know. She was kind and patient enough to explain to me the process of the warranty and what was covered and answered some of my concerns. We schedule an appointment, but on the condition that the tire would be available and the warranty company lets them know the maximum amount that would be covered. I request they call me back with what they learnt from the warranty company and to let me know if the tire would be available. To this day, I have not received that call. I took my car to Costco tire service and got new tires easily and another local shop for a wheel alignment. Ciocca Chrysler dropped the ball on this simple issue with horrible and disrespectful service. Wife and I decided we can’t really trust them with our car anymore. Would not recommend them to anyone when they have to deal with such unprofessional service. On a side note, we had a Honda, Toyota and Nissan before and at everyone of those we were given either a courtesy car to use for longer repairs. Ciocca would not offer that to us on one of our previous services when we had to leave the car in the shop for a few days. They are just not worth the trouble. More
