I was looking for a compact/mid-size luxury level SUV. I had previously shopped Flemington Audi (Q5) and BMW (X3). Both of these dealers barely paid any attention to me or my wife. At Audi we waited 20+ min had previously shopped Flemington Audi (Q5) and BMW (X3). Both of these dealers barely paid any attention to me or my wife. At Audi we waited 20+ minutes before anyone asked us if we needed help!!! Both dealers lost out - supposedly they didn't think we were serious, or perhaps rich enough for their "premium" merchandise. Flemington Jeep was an entirely different experience. the staff were attentive, freindly and reasonably knowledgeble (given how much one can now find out from the internet). My wife and I both wanted to test drive the Grand Cherokee Overland - no problem - and on roads that showed off the vehicles capabilities - very good. The "negotiation period" was not as long or as painfull as with most dealers. The complimentary bagels and coffee was a nice touch. In addition, the sales man (Frank) was very up front about the vehicle prep period allowing my wife and I to get some lunch. My only criticism is minor - the overall buying process was very long. I appreciate that a lot of paperwork needs to be completed, and loans processed etc., but surely there is a way to streamline the process! Overall I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for good service. Finally, I would like to say that the new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (Summit) is a superb vehicle. How it holds up over time remains to be seen, but I am very happy - dollar for dollar Audi and BMW can't touch it! I would definitley recommend the "lifetime" extended warranty. Well done Flemington Jeep. More
