Too many times when you visit a car dealership you feel pressured into making a decision, or just want to get away. Not true at most of the Flemington dealerships. Changed our minds twice on the vehicle we wanted, had a Liberty fully prepped for us and ready to go before moving up to the better ride. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and made us feel comfortable with whatever decision we made, including walking away. Mamdouh was particularly pleasant to work with. We have purchased five vehicles from this dealer (2 Jeep, 2 Mazda, One Dodge) over the past 15 years and have had a very good experience with the sales and service departments. I started on the internet with Patti Smith, internet sales manager. She gave me a quote for a left over 2011 Chrysler 300C and a new 2012 Chrysler 300C to compare. They quickly came back with a price close to what I was looking for and we made the deal. They also gave me good value for my trade in. The same afternoon they had the 2011C detailed and I drove my new car home. I could not be happier with the way I was treated at this dealership, especially avoiding the long drawn out periods waiting for your salesman to return during the negotiating that I have experienced at other dealers. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to please. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep. More
