The negotiation process was a complete JOKE - the dealership was rude, arrogant, and refused to work with us at all - was basically like this is it - no discussions ! The used sales car manager has dealership was rude, arrogant, and refused to work with us at all - was basically like this is it - no discussions ! The used sales car manager has a huge chip on his shoulder - acts as if he is god - We ended up buying the vehicle; with no help from them at all ! We took the car that evening - upon getting home noticed a chip in the windshield called them to tell them about it and of course they will not take ownership to that either - apparently they also have night vision ! I would NEVER GO BACK to this dealership or recommend them to anyone - HIGHLY RUDE and very Unhappy w/the customer service !! Thanks for nothing ! More
