Great overall experience with Flemington. Everything was done on-line using emails and telephone at the end of the sales process. I only went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Patti was very easy to work with and very responsive to all of my questions and comments. The deal was done in about 2 or 3 days even with some model changes. Lou Avitable was knowledgeable about the car. He took his time to walk through all the electronics and how the vehicle was setup. The overall delivery process took about 2.5 hours (would of been faster if we had the right insurance card). Very happy with the experience. If you want to negotiate prices to the nth degree, then this may not be the place for you since they are firm on their offers and would not budge to lower their price. More

I dealt with Craig Thompson who has sold vehicles to my family in the past. He was very informative and did not pressure me at all. This was my first time buying a car by myself and I was interested in a new car. I inquired about a new Dodge Charger with a lot of different options. In the end they had a car similar to what I wanted in the lot. I ended up buying a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T Road and Track and have had it for two weeks now this car is amazing and I could not have been happier with the quality of the vehicle, not to mention the Hemi. The service was excellent, Craig really did an excellent job in giving me a good price and explaining to me all the different options my Car has on it. He set up my bluetooh for the phone and showed me how to use all of the features associated with my Charger. I will be doing business with him again and would refer all of my friends looking at a vehicle to him as well. Top notch service. Thank you! More

Rick took the time to walk me through all the paperwork and then earmarked the items I needed to know right away (radio,GPS, electronics). Explained the DVD tutorial and owner's manual. Even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. I feel I was given a fair value for my Solara trade-in as well. I have dealt with various Flemington dealerships in the past and they continue to bring in high marks. I will refer friends to Rick as well. More

My initial contact with Flemington Dodge was over the internet with Patti B. Smith, the internet sales manager. Patti passed my information along to Ed Sheehan, a senior sales consultant advisor, who then contacted me by telephone to discuss my purchase of a new 2012 Dodge Ram CV. Patti and Ed are very professional and worked very hard together to accommodate my needs, as they managed to put a deal together and make the deal happen. They are very knowledgeable, straight forward, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Ed was very prompt in following up and keeping his promises. Ed took the time to introduce me to Eric Dittemore a service advisor who was very friendly and I am sure that he will also be a pleasure to deal with when the time comes to service my new vehicle. The vehicle was clean and ready to go, as promised, upon my arrival. Eric Bloom the finance manager was very organized and did not waste any time in finalizing the paperwork and documents. I have dealt with many auto dealerships, and I would not hesitate recommending Flemington Dodge and/or any of their other dealership franchises. We were glad that we went to Flemington Jeep after we had just had a negative experience at another dealership in Burlington, NJ. Not a Jeep dealership. It was a last minute thought to drive to Flemington when we left Burlington. We also had plans to go to another dealer after Flemington Jeep. My wife likes to shop before buying. Ed Sheehan was so personable and the price was pretty much on the nose of what we were able to pay. Ed told us that he'd get what we wanted if they didn't have it because I was pretty specific about a couple of things. Just happened that there was a car on the lot that fit the bill. It had more options than we wanted but the price was right. Ed was great. I wish that everything I did in life went so smoothly. Eric handled the financial specifics and I even purchased a long term service contract. Eric did not push us into that. We were pretty sure that we wanted it before we went to get the car. Again, he just made the price to our liking. This is the second car that we've purchased at Flemington. We drive a distance to get there but I recommend them to anyone. More
