We were in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler for my wife, specifically a 6 speed Rubicon 2 door..in Gecko Green. We dropped into Flemington Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and were immediately greeted by Crai wife, specifically a 6 speed Rubicon 2 door..in Gecko Green. We dropped into Flemington Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and were immediately greeted by Craig Thompson. Craig is a great guy, up-front, personable, and really knows his "stuff” when it comes to the vehicles at Flemington. We test drove a non-Gecko Green Rubicon, loaded with everything. Craig showed us how to use everything in the Jeep. My wife loved the Jeep, and so did I. However, getting a Gecko Green, manual transmission, loaded Rubicon was a trying task, seeing that there were none available almost into the Midwest. Once we agreed on a price, which was VERY reasonable, Craig helped us order it. We ordered a vehicle right from the Chrysler plant, and were given a web address for the plant, which tracked our vehicle as it was being made. A few weeks later it arrived. It was beautiful. Medhat Aziz and Denis O'Brien made the financing and completion of the deal complete. Craig once again showed us everything on the Jeep and off we went. We have since been back for an oil change and will continue to return for any scheduled maintenance. If more dealerships were like Flemington Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, and more sales people like Craig, there would no car buying horror stories. Prior to entering the Dodge Chrysler dealership on 1/12/13 I actually walked out of 3 other dealerships due to very poor customer service. When I walked into your dealership a very friendly man came right up to me and introduced himself and offered to find a salesperson for me. Within minutes I was shaking Lou Avitabile's hand and introducing myself. From then on it was a pleasant/productive experience with Dodge/Chrysler. I purchased a wonderful vehicle at a good price that I could afford. As a matter of fact my wife and I will be back in a few weeks to test drive and possibly buy a new Jeep Patriot.
