I met Mamdouh about 6 months ago looking at a Dodge Ram pick-up,but wasn't really sure of buying a truck with 3 kids. He worked the deal up and it was spot on , but I just couldn't do it. He was very nice and polite, and I felt bad not following through on the deal. I told him I would be back to work with him again. Unfortunately, I'm upside down in a 2011 Dodge Minivan with really no good outcome. After shopping around for different Suv's at several dealerships , I knew the only person who could help would be Mamdouh. I reached out to him and, he was more then happy to assist me. We looked at several trucks,but I just felt selfish knowing my kids wouldn't have the space they needed. He said what about another Minivan, (I was dreading this) but, he was right. The only way I was going to bury my negative Equity (Thanks to Action Hyundai) was to go with a Minivan. We worked 6 hours yesterday and finally tonight picked up our 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan. Mamdouh even stayed 3 hours over with me while they finalized the paperwork. This kind of courtesy and loyalty towards a customer, just doesn't happen anymore. It was a pleasure working with you and thanks so much. We love the car and have no more worries...
