Mamdouh, our salesperson, was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the different kinds of Jeeps and the various options! He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions, as this is our first SUV/Jeep. Mamdouh is not just an excellent salesperson, he is a class act! Kevin handled our paperwork and had it all ready for us to sign when we walked in. It took just a few minutes; he made the process so simple. Then we were in our new SUV learning the bells & whistles from Mamdouh. We traded in our Cadillac and now look forward to many happy years in our new Jeep Cherokee Latitude! Follow up to "Good car could have been more forthcoming" WOW!!! As a Director of Quality, I always fill out surveys and try to deal in facts and actual performance results. I wrote my review late Monday af WOW!!! As a Director of Quality, I always fill out surveys and try to deal in facts and actual performance results. I wrote my review late Monday afternoon and was not expecting any response (my purpose is always to enlighten people, so they can do better in the future). Within 2 hours, I got calls from the sales folks (Michael Brandt (sp)) and from Service (Chris Moscatolo) with concerns about my survey. This is not unusal, but what happened next was!!! Chris was not happy that my new (used) vehicle was not in the best shape and asked if he could bring it in to address my issues. As I had already addressed most, I said OK, but the only thing left is the shaking at high speed. He said alright and had a driver swap my car out at my employer. That was yesterday. Today, he called and had fixed the problem and returned my vehicle. In additon, they made me whole on the outlay I made to fix the issues I had fixed by my personal mechanic. Took a while to lift my jaw off the floor, but once I did, I began telling my story to people at work and NOONE has been able to match it and they are amazed at what the dealer did (me too). They asked where I goit the car and I happily told them "FLEMINGTON DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM!" So YES, I will not only recommend your company, I will continue to tell my story to anyone I see because this type of positive reaction to a survey and desire to ensure REAL customer satisfaction is RARE to see and a breathe of fresh air. Easiest car buying experience ever! I was nervous entering a dealership to purchase a new car as a single woman. However, I had no reason to be nervous at Flemington Dodge! Salesman Tom Mullen listened to my wishes and gave me an excellent price on a new vehicle, which he then custom ordered for me. In addition, I was given a fair price on my trade in and my finance "guy", Kevin Hayden, was professional and pleasant to work with. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend this team to everyone. More

I am satisfied with the car, but am not impressed with service performed o Sales guy Michael was great as was Medhat. All went easily and quickly. I am satisfied with the car, but am not impressed with service performed on the car. Car had brakes done, but had belt squeek. Upon purchase, I took straight to mechanic for check up and deal with belt noise. Belt was worn and freyed (should have been changed months ago). Also, fluids were all old and dirty. This suggests that the inspection of the car was incomplete at best. Additionally, once car got to 65-70 miles per hour, began shaking significantly. Will have to take back to mechanic to determine what is wrong. Suspect that the car had been sitting in dealership unmoving from 11/11/2014 until I drove on about 1/12/2015 causing deformation of the tires (mileage at service vs mileage at test drive bares this out). Once driving at 70+mph for a while, vibration has decreased significantly, but still there. Unfortunately, this is not something you could detect driving 202 & local neighborhooods as it is impossible to get to highway speeds and stay there during a test drive. All in all, a good used car, but dealership could have done a better job of assessing the issues with the vehicle and alerting the buyer or fixing. More

When I drove to the dealership the next day, they had 2 durangos waiting for me - they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Mamdouh took me for a test drive and didn't push me at all. Medhat walked me through the finances and final paperwork and explained everything very clearly. Ultimately they gave me a good price and were very accommodating about the final purchase details. Overall a great experience and I love the car. More
