I was looking for a Wrangler and I'm very particular about what features I want and don't want, which I assume makes me a difficult person to work with. John was immediately very easy to talk to and I didn't feel that he was simply putting up with me until the next customer came along, but rather seemed genuinely interested in meeting my needs and preferences on a new vehicle. Needless to say I got exactly what I wanted in my Wrangler. Kevin exhibited the same courtesy and interest in making sure that I drove away feeling way beyond satisfied. I recommend Flemington and specifically John and Kevin to anyone who wants great service and to also deal with actual human beings who will work with you on price. More

Received a fair offer for my trade in and a price quote on the new vehicle that was in line with my expectations. Bottom line is that I had a fair, no surprises buying experience. The features we wanted were not available on any Jeeps in their inventory and so rather than push us into something they already had at end of year, they recommended we order the car so that we would get exactly what we wanted. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Renny was always available to answer questions , John not only spent a lot of time with us prior to delivery but also went out of his way to make sure we understood all the features of the new vehicle and Kevin did a great job with the financing for us.
