First, it starts off working with the sales team (in my case John and Ryan). Not once did I ever feel pressured into buying my new Durango (which is awesome by the way). I never got the, "this deal only lasts so long" or "we don't know how long the program is going to last" I've heard from other dealers. It was as simple as "here's our numbers, let's see what we can do if and when you're ready to buy a car, hopefully from our dealership. Then, the team went to work finding the vehicle I wanted with a certain trim package... never felt pressured into taking a vehicle off the Flemington lot. The team ended up getting a vehicle that met my specs from 120-150 miles away. I'm sure other dealers do this too, but to be honest, it has been my experience that past dealers made this out to be an inconvenience for them. Now, I know the Dodge team had to take time out of their schedules to get this vehicle for me, but never did they make me feel I was inconveniencing them. Now let me share an accessory story with you. I wanted a few bells and whistles added to the Durango (hitch, wiring harness, steps, ambient light lit), and most went off without a hitch (no pun intended). However, the one toy I really wanted was the ambient lighting kit. After waiting 2 weeks, Sales notified me unfortunately that the accessory vendor was no longer supplying the lighting kit, and Dodge didn't have an alternate supplier. I was disappointed to say the least as this was the 1 thing that was totally unnecessary (you know what they say.... us boys and our toys) but was going to put the fun factor of the truck way up. Sensing my disappointment, the dealership searched out a solution, and guess what...... they got that light kit for me!!! They located a vendor who agreed to install an even nicer kit than originally offered, honored the original price, and arranged installation for me prior to even taking delivery of the vehicle. To top it off, they agreed to cover it as well under my Dodge warranty. Let me move on to Finance and Kevin.... smooth as silk just like the sales team. You know will all cringe when getting to the Finance guys right...... they are the unfortunate soles that have to entice us car buyers to buy all those extended warranties and we normally have to sit thru the presentation of why all the extended warranties are imperatives. Not with Kevin and not with this team. Kevin simply lays out the options of what gets covered by what warranty and how much it will add to the cost. Again, I never once felt pressured into buying any of the coverages offered. If you're in the market for a car (even if its not a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge), you might want to give these vehicles a look and give this team a shot at earning your business. And if you do, may your experience be as gratifying as mine and may you walk away 100% satisfied like I. More

no communication between sales platform, uncaring attitude Found a GMC truck that I was interested in on line and called Flemington Car and Truck Country. This would be my second purchase from the dealer as m Found a GMC truck that I was interested in on line and called Flemington Car and Truck Country. This would be my second purchase from the dealer as my first was through their Nissan site. I was told that the truck was on the property of their Dodge lot. I spoke to a female in “internet sales” who took my information. I was called by Scott who I believed to be the salesman. He was trying to answer my specific questions about the car but had to have another person, Lou, call me back. It was at this time I learned that Lou would be the salesman. When speaking with him he seemed very rushed an occupied. I was told that he would get the answers to my question and call me in “3 minutes” after about 20 minutes I called back and asked for Scott. Scott transferred me to Lou who transferred me right back to Scott. At this point I feel like I’m being shuffled back and forth. I knew what I wanted to pay for the truck and they agreed over the phone that the price was good. I told them at 3Pm that I would provide whatever information they needed to expedite the process. I was told to send photos of the insurance and registration and they would start the process and contact my insurance company. I arrived at the dealer at 430pm and met with Lou. He was low key and seemingly unmotivated. He couldn’t answer most questions because he says he sells Dodge. He then brought over the used car sale manager. He was very impersonal and had a very standoff approach. There were issued with the truck that included a broken windshield and low oil and fuel filter life left as per the onboard computer. They told me everything was changed and they must have forgotten to reset the computer. Seeming harmless mistake if it was in fact an oversite. But, what else did they not do? They agreed to replace the windshield and oil change only after I was losing interest in buying the truck. I was sent over to Lou’s desk to start the paperwork. What happened to preparing it before I came in? When they tried to contact the insurance company they had closed for the day. They said sorry, we can’t let the car leave today. I had to no longer put the truck in the business name and now in my personal name. When I inquired to who dropped the ball on not contacting the insurance company they couldn’t care less. At the end the only decent person I dealt with was the gentleman who I wrote the check to. The salesman Lou didn’t even shake my hand at the end of the deal. Would never go back or suggest anyone else to do so either. More
