Frank is an easygoing gentleman and is very knowledgeable about all the in/outs of the vehicle’s features. He went above and beyond to search and obtain the exact Jeep I was interested in (all the way in Richmond, VA) and had it brought up to NJ just before 2ft of snow fell! Medhat is a straight shooter and a gentleman. He is very clear about the financing options and makes the entire process hassle free. Both Frank and Medhat were very responsive and always followed-up. I definitely recommend this dealership for any prospective buyers or lessees. I had done a great deal of research, visited a lot of dealers, and drove about 30 vehicles My experience at the Flemington dealership was excellent. I had done a great deal of research, visited a lot of dealers, and drove about 30 vehicles before purchasing my Ram 1500 Big Horn. I had considered the Ford 150, Chevy Silverado, and GMC Sierra. All had there pros and cons. The Ram to me was the best value for you money. The dealership is not near my home but the travel was worth it. Lou Avitabile was my salesman. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Out of the 15 or so dealerships I've been to in the last 2 to 3 months I would say about 3 I felt comfortable buying a car from. Lou answered all my questions and concerns and made the process very easy. Kevin the finance guy also made the process easy without any last minute pressure to buy extra coverage. I did purchase a better warranty for the mere fact that the used warranty bumper to bumper was almost done. The manager gave me a fair price and the truck deserved the certified credentials. Some dealerships I went to had certified cars and they were not in the greatest condition. Some had tires which were in need of replacement, dents, smells, and overall wear and tear.. My truck had brand new tires, didn't smell and was in great shape. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership and Lou to anyone interested in a new or used car. Joe More

My latest purchase was with Lou Avitabile. Lou was not at all "pushy", and made the entire buying process a pleasure. I did a ton of research on the Internet, and Lou offered a great price up front, so I didn't need to haggle. He really seemed focused on the overall customer experience and I highly recommend him! Medhat took care of the financial aspect and was personable and efficient, which I truly appreciated. No games, just business with a smile. More
