Disappointed in customer service We found a truck online, called to make sure it was available. The sales lady confirmed it was, so we scheduled an appointment for 6:30 the same eveni We found a truck online, called to make sure it was available. She called me back and confirmed. We arrived at 6:30 for our appointment we were told the truck was sent out that morning for service! Although that's upsetting on it's own the sales manager made no attempt to find out what we were looking for to offer another vehicle in its place. They simply said I'm sorry and walked us to the door!! Being in sales myself providing excellent customer service I can't stress the frustration I feel at the moment! I normally don't leave reviews however I feel as though I must warn future travelers of my experience. As I just wasted 3 hours of my evening traveling !!! More
