My experience at Flemington was the complete opposite! The sales staff didn't swarm me like vultures when I pulled into the parking lot. They were respectful, patient, genuine and straight forward. Throughout the entire process I only felt like I was actually at a car dealership once - when we were doing the financing and he was trying to push the add on packages - otherwise, they blew away my expectations. They walked me through the entire process and I'm still amazed by the high quality of service. If you're in the market, don't waste your time getting frustrated with other dealers. The entire process from the moment I walked in the door until I left driving my new Challenger took less than 3 hours. Everyone from the General Manager to the Finance Advisor were sincere and professional, especially including Ryan. He was also very knowledgeable about my car, and was very patient to answer all my questions. When I noticed a small mark on the driver’s door, Ryan immediately went to get help from John who removed it like it was never there. Together, Ryan and John went over the car removing a couple of other small marks to make sure it was in perfect condition. This attention to detail and willingness to be sure I was completely satisfied was greatly appreciated. Based on my experience with Ryan and all the staff, I have no hesitation to recommend this dealership to everyone. Great job!! After three Dealerships. I have had a high pitch noise coming from my Jeep. One dealership states it the fuel pump, and it nomal. Another states that it is a power steering pu I have had a high pitch noise coming from my Jeep. One dealership states it the fuel pump, and it nomal. Another states that it is a power steering pump, it normal. George was the only one who heard it as I did, and knew it was not normal. They have taken care of it as best as possible, at this time. What is also nice is that, if a loner is needed, they give you a good car, not a junk car, as my last dealership ( car was dirty. Nav did not work, shocks were bad). But what this dealership so far so good. More

I only brought it back one time for the check engine light. I have a regular mechanic (repair shop) on Staten Island that keeps my Dodge Dakota in great working condition. I had a few bad experiences with a dealership on Staten Island which I will not acknowledge due to their bad reviews from other customers, and will never deal with them ever. I brought my Dodge Dakota to Flemington last week to have my airbag serviced (RECALL). George Stydocker was very professional in his capacity. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership highly and will always bring my Dodge Dakota to have it serviced when needed. More
