Efficient and trouble free experience Courtney responded to my email inquiry within minutes and made an effective invitation that convinced me to come visit the dealership where she met me Courtney responded to my email inquiry within minutes and made an effective invitation that convinced me to come visit the dealership where she met me with a hot cup of coffee and promptly introduced me to John. John is exceptionally knowledgeable about RAM vehicles and was willing to actually listen to my needs. On more than one occasion he asked me what was really important for me to be happy with the purchase decision. He made a couple of trips to his manager to discuss some creative ideas on how we could make a deal work. It actually felt like he was working for me! By the end of our conversation I was sold on the vehicle but told John I wanted to sleep on it. He gave me a printout reflecting everything we discussed and didn't even hassle me for a deposit. I returned a couple days later to sign paper work and leave a deposit on my credit card. I came back on a Saturday to find the Ram perfectly detailed and was out of there in no time with a great looking truck at a price I didn't think anyone would hit. Kevin was super organized and quick with all the paper work. Working with John was completely stress free and a real pleasure. I would highly recommend the folks at Flemington Car & Truck and I would strongly encourage anyone to specifically ask for John Freudenberger. More
