Excellent! Easy and painless truck purchase Alex Larsen was awesome. I came in told him what I wanted and what I didn’t want and he made it happen. I came in pretty late and he stayed 30-40 minutes past closing to make sure I was set with my new Ram truck. I absolutely love my truck. There was no hard selling. Alex was nice and respectful. I had gone to another dealership and hated the experience. They talked down to me and acted like I was just a stupid woman that didn’t know anything about cars or trucks although I do. Alex treated me with respect and listened to me. He also followed up with me to make sure if I had any questions he was there for me. This was one of the best dealership experiences I ever had. Mr. Aziz my finance guy was great also. He was respectful, made sure I understood everything I was signing and was very straight forward and again no hard selling. He did offer some things but he didn’t push for me to get anything or make me feel stupid for not getting the extras he offered. Thank you all who helped me get the perfect truck. More
