I have reached out to Chrysler Corporate office as well as the dealership Flemington Dodge but i am still waiting to hear back from them. I feel like i was completely taken advantage of and not welcomed in their dealership. More

Scott Schilling called me and invited I contacted the dealership online about the vehicle I was interested in and heard back from them within minutes. Scott Schilling called me and invited me to come in and discuss my potential purchase with my client advisor, Alex Larsen. Alex was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had my two young daughters with me, and Scott was kind enough to give them each a teddy bear while Alex and I hammered out the details of my purchase. Alex interfaced directly with my insurance company to ensure I drove the vehicle off of the lot with proper coverage, and even caught a mistake my insurance agent made while writing up the new policy. When it came time to pay, I was handed off to Aziz Medhat, who walked me through all of the paperwork I was signing. Aziz made sure all of my questions were answered, and showed me my additional purchase options. I appreciated his honesty in telling me what was the most valuable to add on, and I decided to buy an additional warranty to protect my investment. Alex then walked me out to the car, personally paired my Bluetooth device with the vehicle, and made sure I had no further questions before I took my new vehicle home. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership if you are considering purchasing a vehicle. More
