Starting with Bob Montgomery, our client advisory, who was excellent. Bob combines the knowledge of the product with excellent interpersonal skills. He never made me feel pressured but still was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions related to the lease structure and entire transaction which included a trade-in. We were trading in a 2008 Subaru Forester which was an emotional situation for my wife since it was once owned by her father who had since passed away. Bob was very sensitive to this issue which is another quality that is lacking in most people today, especially in the auto sales business.
