I had no intention to buy until this past weekend and I made that clear from the get go. Instead of being dismissive and looking for a more immediate buyer, Sam and I went out on a drive and talked about what I wanted. Once we got back to his desk, I wrote my “list of demands”, a short but strict list of requirements (2018 JL Wrangler Sport [S], sting gray, 6-speed manual, anti-spin dif, soft top) and slid it over to him. I thanked Sam for his time, patience, and understanding and left. Within minutes, Sam had found exactly what I wanted and I had to break it to him that I wouldn’t be ready until mid June and hoped the Jeep would still be available. Two week’s ago, I went back to talk to Sam and to see if the Jeep was still available. It was. Sam had the Wrangler brought in and this past Saturday I bought my first Jeep Wrangler since the 1988 YJ I owned 10+ years ago. Top notch work by Sam and the crew! More

Ram 3500 longhorn purchase I felt my sales person did an excellent job specking my truck. I ordered it when the window opened for a 2019 it was to be loaded. When as a buyer I can not see all options for several weeks (ram build & price). He was able to get the one I could see at first, then two more show up! That said Bob Escot gets the excellent rating. Its when they go away for pricing and come back that earns your dealership a good rating. I said give me your best price, after comparing with all dealerships in the area 20 and 4 out of area you were 5TH. Only the fact that Bob had done all the work to spec this vehicle and I have bought 5 vehicles previously did I give you another chance. And after showing the guy in the back what a real best price is did he come to terms and match the second best offer I had. Really makes me feel like a good loyal customer, no more like lets take him for all we can. At $88,890 sticker every dime counts. More
