We handle a lot of the initial conversation remotely and then I come in for final negotiations and perhaps a test drive. I've never felt any sales pressure there which is good because that would not be a style I'd want at a dealer. Once the deal is made and you're handed over to the finance person, there is no pressure to upsell. Yes they offer and mention add-ons but a simple (and single) "no" takes care of it. I can say this is not always the case at other dealers (even in the Flemington family). Basically everything is as expected and there are no surprises. More

My 2018 Ram 3500 service experience After 3 failed service attempts, at a different dealership (not Flemington Chrysler), to repair an oil leak on my brand new truck (not purchased from After 3 failed service attempts, at a different dealership (not Flemington Chrysler), to repair an oil leak on my brand new truck (not purchased from them either) - I took it to Flemington Chrysler in hopes they would be able to fix it. I should have brought it to them the first time because they were able repair the oil leak on the first try. They were very friendly and kept me informed throughout the process.
