Scam artist! ! A/C went out in my car that was still under warranty. I speak to the operator who advises me it is under warranty and covered. Said it won’t cost me ! She then makes appointment for me to drop off the vehicle. After drop off, get a call the next day that diagnostic fee is $180 but if the repair is covered I won’t be charged. About two hours later get another call my vehicle has no refrigerant and that’s is $680 no matter what. I say it’s under warranty it should be covered. Basically told only one refrigerant replacement is and it needs two. If I don’t let them do this then I’m out the $180 since they never finished the diagnosis. Was also told they aren’t sure what the problem is and it could cost even more. They just keep adding more cost to you and just ignore the warranty. I will never buy from them again. Treat their customers like xxxx once they get your money. More
