AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! I bought my 2013 cruze to them with a check engine light on i knew my code before going in (p0102) then later that day i get a call saying my abs ligh I bought my 2013 cruze to them with a check engine light on i knew my code before going in (p0102) then later that day i get a call saying my abs light was on so i said whatever just fix it. So with one sensor and the check engine light turning out to just be a fuse i got charged $330.00 for $18 worth of parts, just glad my car was good. Not even 50 miles later check engine light is back on for my catalytic converter, my service advisors name was Nick, my opion stay the heck away from this place biggest rip off and most unsettling experience with a dealership I've ever had in my lifetime and I've owned at least 10 different cars. More

GPS repair Scheduled repair for the integrated GPS in my '17 Tahoe. During oil change a couple of days earlier it was determined the external antenna had a short Scheduled repair for the integrated GPS in my '17 Tahoe. During oil change a couple of days earlier it was determined the external antenna had a short. Part ordered and repair scheduled for 2 days later. That part was on hand as promised but apparently there was also another 'connector' that was broken/defective that was not on hand. Dealer did try to locate one within reasonable distance but none available. Sadly, when we go on vacation today, the GPS will be working no better than it was before it went for service. I will make it a point to request ALL possible parts are on hand before scheduling next visit for this repair. Let them have to return unneeded parts vs me having to go to dealer for a 3rd or 4th time for the same issue. More
