Quick, Efficient, and Professional I came in for an oil and filter change and a multipoint inspection check. My tires were rotated and air filter changed. Judging from other places I went to for the same things done, I expected a long stay in the center and called for a ride to take me back home. Always a pleasure. Warranty work needed to be done. My "VENT" dial in my Chevy Trax was "stuck" on front vent only. Thankfully it was covered under the 3 year warranty. Engine Light On I had no appointment scheduled when my engine light came on. I drove over to Ciocca Chevy from Pennsylvania. The service staff is great, very pleasant I had no appointment scheduled when my engine light came on. I drove over to Ciocca Chevy from Pennsylvania. The service staff is great, very pleasant to deal with. They fitted me in the schedule and ran the computer test. The code came back accelerator sensor. Which is matching up with the search I did on the internet. Apparently Chevy is having a problem with this part. After reading the amount of consumer reports I believe this should be on a GM Recall list. I'd like to know what determines the criteria for a recall? I was really happy with Graham and the way he handled my concerns. Most of all, I was extremely delighted to speak with Tom the head mechanic who assured me he knew the problem and would take care of my car. Less than a week later they had received the part and the repair waa finished in less than an hour. Nice shop. More
