I called ahead and the woman on the phone told me they were extremely busy and probably wouldn’t be able to do anything until the next day. She assigned my issue to Graham. Graham called me within the next hour and was extremely accommodating and helpful. He even tried to work out a ride for me to get back to work. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the issue by the end of the day but Graham informed me it was covered under warranty and there was no charge. Doesn’t get any better than that. Great experience that started as a crappy situation. More
